In compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Axceed IT Solutions collects only necessary business information (Name, SSM details, Email, Phone Number) required to provision cloud licenses and provide technical support.

To create and manage your Microsoft 365, Security, and Backup tenancies.
To issue SST-compliant monthly billing.
To provide priority technical support and "AI-Ready" consultations.

3. DATA STORAGE & SOVEREIGNTY

While Axceed IT Solutions is a Malaysian company, your actual data (Emails in M365, Backups in Acronis) is stored in the data centers of the respective providers. We prioritize providers with regional presence (e.g., Microsoft Central Malaysia region) to ensure low latency and compliance.

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your data. We share necessary details only with authorized distribution partners (such as Pax8 and Microsoft) to verify and activate your software subscriptions.
