How much implementation is included in each plan?

Each plan includes limited, scoped execution:

  • Essential: 1 small implementation per quarter
  • Growth: 2 prioritized implementations per quarter
  • Enterprise: Up to 3 high-priority initiatives per quarter with a short post-go-live stabilization window

Additional Implementation: Anything beyond the included initiatives is scoped and quoted separately as fixed-price project work.

Do you provide ongoing IT support?

No. We focus on strategic advisory plus limited execution. Day-to-day operations, helpdesk tickets, or 24/7 support are not included and should be handled by your MSP or internal IT team.

How do you ensure our recommendations are executed successfully?

Each included implementation has:

  • Clearly defined scope and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones agreed upfront
  • Handover and knowledge transfer to your internal team or MSP
  • Optional additional projects if you want more than what’s included
